'Dealing with Loss - A Workbook for Kids'. This workbook enables kids to express themselves and their thoughts and feelings surrounding their loss. It can be used for a number of losses including bereavement. The concept is for the child to personalise the book. To draw pictures, to write in, to scrawl, to add stickers and photographs and to make this book their own. As adults we can find it difficult to ask questions and we generally struggle with knowing what questions to ask. This workbook is designed to help adults ask the right questions and to give you confidence when working with children.

“If you feel lost, disappointed, hesitant, or weak, return to yourself, to who you are, here and now and when you get there, you will discover yourself, like a lotus flower in full bloom, even in a muddy pond, beautiful and strong.”
